At UFA we have a proven and successful programme that allows boys and girls to develop the key fundamentals through football. The programme supplements weekly team training for girls and offers players a fantastic opportunity to improve skill, ball mastery and technique.

We have created a programme which is available to all girls from 7- 13 yrs, to help build more confidence in the game. Our player pathway model enables girls to play with friends and be the best they can be. Our methodology integrates the FA DNA principles giving children 70% ball time and focuses on 1v1 principles.

• Fun environment proven to improve players speed of touch, control, agility, and 1st touch
• Programme designed by UEFA B Licence Management team experience at Premiership Clubs including Chelsea FC.
• Unique programme to help girls grasp the game and be creative in 1v1 scenarios.
• Fun, fully integrated technical training model and movement literacy programme (ABCS).
• Improve problem solving and develop risk taking.
• Help develop positivity within 1v1 situations (Attacking/defending).
